When you sign and return your booking form you are confirming that you have read our terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

All bookings must be made on our booking form, signed and returned with the deposit. We will confirm the booking once received

Prices quoted are UK pounds sterling.

The deposit is non-refundable unless we have to cancel the course.

We reserve the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. The courses will only commence with a minimum number of six participants. Reasonable notice will be given and a full refund for the course fee would be made. We are not responsible for any refunds on travel cost

We advise you to arrange comprehensive insurance coverage for your medical and personal needs. The owner (Jayne Barlow), does not accept any liability for personal injury or death or damage or loss to property wheresoever or howsoever arising caused to any visitor and/or any participant of the course for the duration of the course.

For safety & insurance purposes a non-smoking policy is adopted.

Cancellations must be notified to the owner as soon as possible in writing. Cancellation charges with be levied as follows: deposit  non-refundable 100%. 4-6 weeks - 50%, 2-4 weeks - 80%, less than 2 weeks - 100%.

In the unlikely event of any problems occurring during your course, a complaint must be made immediately to the owner so that the owner has the opportunity to rectify the problem. Any complaints made after departure on points the owner was not made aware of  at Escrimis will not be considered.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Data is collected and stored in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.We will not pass on your details to anyone. We will not retain your details once the course is completed unless requested by you.        

Any allergies or food intolerances must be declared fully at the time of your booking.
